The "Maple Sally Cabin" is waiting for you! The remote "glamping" cabin you have been dreaming of! This property backs up to the National Forest Service land and provides tons of privacy for your weekend getaways. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast, this cabin is close to mountain biking trails, hiking trails, and some of the best fly fishing spots on Wilson Creek. Or hop in your side-by-side or car and enjoy traveling the gravel back roads of Caldwell County to Blowing Rock for the day. On the main level, you will love the cozy great room with a woodstove to keep you warm, a kitchenette to prepare your catch of the day, a full bath, a front balcony and a 10x10 screened porch. Upstairs can serve as your own private bedroom or as a bunk room with multiple bedding options. A woodstove in the living room can be used to heat the home. Ask your agent for a list of the furnishings that will stay and schedule your showing today to see this best kept secret! The sellers do not believe a builiding permit was pulled for the home when it was built. Tax card states that home was built in 2012 but GIS aerial view shows home there as far back as 2004. The seller believes it was built sometime in the 1990's. Listed as unfinished square footage because home is heated only by woodstove. Shared well with neighbor. Well is on subject property. Kitchenette only. Does not have a permanent cooktop or stove.
